It could be your makeup if your eyes were running or you smudged it into your eye. It could even be dirt on your hands from after taking them out. Make sure you wash your hands well before you handle your contacts. Remember to take them out every night unless the dr. says otherwise, there are some contacts you can sleep in. I wouldnt be to concerned unless you are having pain while wearing them. If it is bugging your vision you might want to get some eye drops that refreshes your contacts and cleans them quick while they're in you eyes:)

No, your contacts should not have black spots on them when you take them out. Some manufacturers put a black dot on the right contact lens so you can tell which is which, but that is one dot, not multiple spots.

It could be the eyeliner or the mascara. I know some of the lengthening mascara's have fibers and they can flake. It could also be your liner is getting old and drying out/flaking.

I suggest changing both and see if that helps. If not, make an appointment with your eye Dr.
