this may be gross but i've been having really bad itching around my vagina. it's not constant, but it happens every few days. there is also a lot of discharge, but it's clear without any lumps in it or anything. would this be a yeast infection? if so, what do i need to do to treat it or the symptoms? i have a handheld shower head at home and i make sure to wash down there very well and rinse with really hot water every day, but it keeps happening.

There is usually no odor with a yeast infection also. It may also be bacterial vaginosis. It causes a grayish discharge, and a fishy odor. So, if there is no smell, you could try monistat from the store to see if that clears it up. If there is a smell, you'll need to go see the doctor to get tested and possibly need a prescription.
