You said that i should work on my jumps but when I jump, I cannot get high of the ground at all! How do I fix that?

what i learned from our cheer instructor is stretching but just dont stretch out your hurkies in 10 secs break it down to 30 secs and do that continusously everyday. when your on the floor straddling- pick up one foot in circulamotion while the other foot is on the ground. also practice out your jump motions and for more practice, when comes to the jump part replace it with a t jump were you dont pick up your feet (your legs anf closed together & your pulling your body up.)try to use your abs to pick up your body. ]
