um for the butt excersize i would suggest leg raises and V-sits if you knw what they are and this thing called "plank" - altho plank can be very hard hehe

hey you maild me back asking what a Vsit it... well.. if your mates with a cheerleader or gymnast im sure they could show you! =) hehe.

a v sit is like a stradle jump or toe touch.. but with you back on the floor
SO your on the flor flat..
you come up as if to do a sit up.. but you leg come up into a "v" position in the air... and alot of people put their fist through the "v" (so through the start of you legs basicly)or alternitvly you could just reach for your toes intead
so after this happening in a second hehe you come back to you flat position =)

I think the only way to do it, is to exercise your butt like crazy. 20-30 mins a day doing exercises designed for your butt muscles.
