who's the clothes designer for actress in premonition?

I want to know who designed the clothes in the movie Premonition(starring Sandra Bullock). The Piece of clothing i want to know about is the dark cream color coat worn by Annie(played by Nia Long). Heres a link to the picture(below) of her with that coat on but it doesn't show the whole pic, All I know is that its long.

You could most likly get that at pretty much any department store. Dillards, Kholes, Macys, JC Penny. I hope I helped!!!!
