hey! alright, well you should sound really confident! be like, hey, so what are you up to this weekend? he'll probably say nothing. and you can say, ok good, lets go to the movies on saturday! i heard there is (a movie) playing at (a theater) at (a time) you wanna come with me? i heard its supposed to be really good!"
ya knw what i mean? sound confident and sure of yourself. i know how hard that is because your shy, but be strong, you can totally do this! make him want you! guys LOVE confidence.
and if he says yes, say the time you'll meet and confirm it. dont just be like hey lets hang out, because things like this always need confirmation..
