Have you ever heard the phrase, "it's not the size, it's how you use it"? Well it's true. However him lacking confidence is also a main factor. Try boosting his self-esteem with new sex positions that you brought on. You can be in control and your boyfriend will think it's sexy. I'm not sure which positions you do now but there's always:

Girl on top
Doggy style
There's also a position I'm not familiar with the name but its where you both are laying on your sides (you in front and him behind you) and you do it like that.
Theres another where your on bottom and you put your legs on his shoulders.
There are also lots of kama sutra books that have a whole bunch of different sex positions.

I would invest in a book and read it with him and start expierimenting! Good Luck!
