Tube Hoop Earrings Hypoallergenic Silver

I am looking for some tube hoop earrings that are hypoallergenic and silver or white gold. Nothing too expensive, maybe like 10 or 15 max for a pair. They used to sell them at claires and they were like 7 or something, and then if you bought 2 or something you would get the 3rd one 1/2 off. But i cannot find any decent ones on their website. It has to be an online store cause i live in idaho now and there are like no stores near by where i could buy them
here is a picture of a perfect example of something i want. They have to be very plain and at least this big or bigger would be cool too.
