what's best for not pooping?

i refuse to poop at school, i'm fine with peeing though.
what should i NOT eat aat and before school?

lol, I can understand this!

For one, do NOT drink coffee at all, before or during school. That'll make you deff go.

I actually don't eat before classes at all (since I can't stand breakfast, but that's me) and I've been fine all day... but if you HAVE to eat something, then a banana is fine.. like a cereal bar.. something very small!

Also, you should probably avoid any kind of chocolate. Hope things work out :]
