iPod nano videos

Question Posted Tuesday January 20 2009, 10:57 pm

I got a new iPod nano 8gb for christmas and I just can't put any videos on it. I have one video that I downloaded as a video podcast that is an .mp4 file and it won't go onto my iPod but I converted another home video online to a .mp4 video and it goes on my iPod so why wont any other videos? My home video is the only one I have ever got to play on my iPod. What is wrong with it?

Try switching the hold button back and forth then hold down the menu and center button at the same time for ten seconds. I hope that works. Good luck.
