My friend sent me a naked picture and i dont know wat to do

ok so i have this really complicated situtioan with a friend that would take forever to type so heres the basic form of it: me and my friend got in a fight last night and i thought we had resolved it but apparently not, because the next day he sent me a photo of him naked that i DIDNT want to see EVER. he sent it to me because he thought i would hate him after that and not talk to him. now i dont know wat to do...if i tell someone he would get arrested because its sexual harrasemnt....thanks for any help muddymidfielder
