Sims 2 BodyShop Help!

Question Posted Sunday January 18 2009, 2:29 pm

I used to use Sims Boy Shop all the time, and i stopped for a while, but i just recently started playing the sims again, but somethings wrong.
I download the clothing, extract all the files to the CORRECT folder (my documents/EA Games/The Sims 2/Downloads) and then i double-click the file to instal and a thing pops up that says "Please double-click a custom content package file to install the content" it happens every time, and i know im doing everything right! What wrong!?

I also download things using BodyShop, but for some things you don't need to use BodyShop. The only time I ever have to use it is if I am downloading an actual Sim. When I download, I put my custom content into my "SavedSims" folder instead of my "Downloads" folder. I'm not sure why it works like that on my computer, but it does. Maybe try just putting your custom content in your SavedSims folder too. That may work.

If not, you can go to modthesims2.com and ask someone in the forum.

Good Luck =]
