It's also like saying, "Talk is cheap." or "That's easy for you to say." The words come easily for him but when push comes to shove, his actions don't reflect what he says.

it sounds like easy words means like theres really no feeling so the person is saying that theres no use for them or it doesnt affect the person at all =p
