how can i get hair like this?
its kinda like this when i get up in the morning but it gets straighter throughout the day
how can i keep/get it like this?

shower the night before, and blow dry your hair straight,
then use a spiral or pretty much any kind of curling iron, and curl your hair into tight curls, sleep on it, and it should go down by the morning, try it, and you'll know how tight to curl your hair the night before so it won't be too curly in the morning.
