There is a button under "destination" which will allow you to choose where you want to save the file.

Also, I forgot to say that if ImgBurn says that the disk is copy protected, follow this procedure instead:
-Install and run DVD Decrypter:
[Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
-Put the DVD-video in the drive.
-Choose a destination you'll remember by clicking the button under "destination".
-Click the big button and wait for it to finish.
-Once finished, open ImgBurn. Choose Write files/folders to disk.
-Click the "browse for folders" button next to the big white box.
-Choose the VIDEO_TS folder that you saved with DVD Decrypter.
-Put in a blank DVD.
-Press the big button and wait for it to finish.
