ImgBurn (free) can, though: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
-Put the DVD in the drive.
-Choose "Create image file from disk". Save the ISO file somewhere you'll remember. Wait for it to complete.
-Put the blank DVD-R in the drive.
-Choose "Write image file to disk", using the ISO file you just created.
-Delete the ISO file.
ImgBurn will by default verify the DVD after you burn to it. If you're using a poor quality DVD-R disk, you'll get a ton of errors. In that case, just uncheck "verify disk". Errors will lead to skipping when you play the DVD. Buy a higher quality disk to avoid this.
If ImgBurn says that the disk is copy protected, follow this procedure instead:
-Install and run DVD Decrypter: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
-Put the DVD-video in the drive.
-Choose a destination you'll remember by clicking the button under "destination".
-Click the big button and wait for it to finish.
-Once finished, open ImgBurn. Choose Write files/folders to disk.
-Click the "browse for folders" button next to the big white box.
-Choose the VIDEO_TS folder that you saved with DVD Decrypter.
-Put in a blank DVD.
-Press the big button and wait for it to finish. [ theymos's advice column | Ask theymos A Question ]
