i have two wiis and 1 wii fit. do i have to use the same wii every time to track progress or can i just use the cd and it will have all the user info??
solidadvice4teens answered Sunday January 4 2009, 10:21 pm: I have WII Fit and I'm pretty sure that you need to continue playing it with the ONE unit and not the other. The machine holds all the data from when you played WII FIT and your BMI, stats and progress. It can't function without the CD. So, it's SAME CD, Machine as far as I can tell.
If you put it on the second machine you'll have to start fresh from what I know. Then again it will take you no time to unlock the same games and challenges if you've been playing it a lot. I'm pretty sure all of this is so. However, I would ask THEYMOS for sure as he's the resident tech guy.
Another thing you should do is call NINTENDO at 1-800-255-3700 from the U.S. and Canada and verify what I told you or explain what you're looking to do. Press 0 for every option they give you and a techie will come on the phone. [ solidadvice4teens's advice column | Ask solidadvice4teens A Question ]
