dream about
visiting someone i don't know in waking life but i did in the dream they were dying,they didn't die in the dream he was in a hospital bed though but not in a hospital,and it was comforting i even recall laughing in the dream
what could this mean??
also,i was texting my friend in the dream,and suddenly she rejected me saying through text:
uh c (a bunch of random letters)
i could never love you that way
but i said i don't love you any way
and idk it was wierd
could this mean something also

no idea what the text means, sorry. but i do love to analyze dreams.
i know that when you dream about people you don't know...it's usually about you. for that fact when you dream about anyone it's about you. strangers like you're describing, especially if they were the same gender as you, probably represent negative attributes about yourself. because it was at a hospital (or just in a hospital bed, same symbol) the negative attribute might be weakness or dependence on others, maybe this is something you are getting over. if so, this would explain why you were comforted. maybe you're taking a new step that will allow you to let go of something in yourself that you see as holding you back; a.k.a. the stranger (whatever you see as bad, or just "not you") is dying (you're getting over it) for a reason. the fact that the person did not actually die it's possible that you are having trouble getting over it, or you aren't ready.
that's just my analysis from a "dreams" book that i have, because i have some pretty random dreams, too. i could be totally off but i hope it helps anyway.

I have analysed my own dreams for a few years so i can probably help you. Sometimes you do see people you might meet in the future/someone you knew in your past life. Not neccesarily in a hospital though. The fact that he/she didn't die signifies that you almost lost someone (divorce, death, break up etc.) but you saved it from happening. The hspital signifies your own subconcious body recovering from a blow. You were hurt about something and seeing yourself laughing in a hospital obviously means that you are recovering from it. It does not neccesarily mean hurt mentally. Maybe some kind of pressure was bogging you down and now that the worst is over, your life is finally stable and you're feeling soothed about most of the things in your life.
And the whole text message thing signifies either that you are insecure about your friend or you let yourself get intimidated by her. Thats why you see her rejecting you. And the fact that you replied "I dont love you anyway" means that your trying to cover up your wounded ego beacuse of your intimidation. I'm not trying to sound nasty but this COULD BE what you think in your subonscience. I am not saying this is exactly what it is but, you need to think about it.
