I love the Sims 2! I have a whole bunch of Sims 2 expansion packs! :)
There are lots of Sims 2 cheats, but for the specific anti-aging code:
Aging off - aging off
Aging on - aging on
Remember you need to hit Ctrl+Shift+C and type in the box that appears at the top of the screen. Hit enter after typing to "submit" the cheat code.
When you use the anti-aging cheat code for the Sims 2 know that none of the family you are currently playing on will age at all. They will simply stop aging and stay the same age for the rest of your playing period or until you turning aging back on again.
If you need to make your sims younger before turning aging off then make sure to use the Elixir of Life first. Make sure to use the elixir as instructed! ;)
