Sometimes it's not ten minutes of airtime, instead it's ten cents each time you watch an ad. So if your minutes cost you twenty five cents each you have to watch three videos to get one minute. This may be what's happening and why it doesn't seem like your money is getting added. Other than that if it isn't working it is probably a technical problem and you will have to contact virgin mobile. Also just a helpful tip if you don't already know, if you're checking your balance on your phone more than five times a day to see if your airtime is added, virginmobile starts deducting money to check it.
