divorce

Question Posted Friday December 26 2008, 2:03 am

I heard that he can still do it if I deny the divorce he can still get it because of default divorce. I would not sign the divorce papers because I'm not willing to just give in to a meanial affair. I think it's just a wy out of reality. He's been drinking heavy, not normal. I need to more on the legal aspect of me denying the divorce. I'm not willing to gve up without every attempt. I don't want to regret not trying. I want to know I've done everything in my power to make it through this.
