Java loading problem

Whenever my computer loads any internet java like youtube videos, it will not load or it will play for about 5 seconds then skip to the beginning and stop. I have java 10.

Youtube uses Flash, not Java. Uninstall Flash from add/remove programs, then use this Flash uninstaller to ensure complete removal:

Then restart your computer and reinstall Flash:

The problem should now be fixed in Internet Explorer. If you are using Firefox, COPY this file:
C:WindowsSystem32MacromedFlashNPSWF32.dll
to this location:
C:Program FilesMozilla Firefoxplugins
Overwrite the file if it already exists there.
