katexoanne answered Saturday December 20 2008, 9:03 pm: Well i'm not sure if there is something that you can do to get someone fired without being their boss, but if they did something to offend you while you were at their place of employment you should definatly call the persons work and ask to speak to a mangager and explain what happened. things don't usually go over well if an employer finds out that their employee is rude. Even if the boss is mad about it, they can't just fire the peson over one thing because the employee could take them to jail ect. Just make sure that you tell the boss whats going on and be truthful about it, don't just try to get somebody fired because you don't like them.
