pc4pc means picture comment for picture comment.
meaning you comment their picture they'll comment yours back.
w4w means whore for whore.
meaning on a myspace bulletin you put up their "whore code" and post it. all your friends will see in the bulletin the person you are "whoring" and will be able to add them. and after you post their whore code they will post your code if you have one.
with it, their friends might decide to add you which increases your friend count :)

pc4pc- picture comment for picture comment...basically it means that if u comment someone's picture, they'll comment urs back.
w4w- whore for whore. people who want friends or more people to use their layout site use it. you usually have to have a certain amount of friends to do it. its not worth it unless you have a layout site. :]
