Native son is Nos Evitan backwards.

Nos Evitan means "They Prevent/Avoid Us" in spanish. Weird, right?

Is that by chance or do you thin Wright planned it?

Ahh I just read this! Honestly, I don't think it was on purpose. I think it's called Native Son because Bigger was used to the world he was. He was a representive of the blacks, a "native."
