I know this doesn't seem like it will help, but it's the truth...
Making out comes naturally. I was so extremely nervous the first time I was going to make out with a boy, but it really does just *happen*.
I wouldn't suggest letting him give you hickeys just because they look trashy. If you get a hickey, cover it up with makeup and keep your hair down. I wouldn't show them off because they're not all that attractive (even if they are fun to receive).
As for dry sex - as long as both of you are wearing clothes, you'll be fine. I've never done it, so I can't give you any tips.
Just remember, pregnancy is only possible if sperm enters your vagina. If he jacks off, gets sperm on his hands, and then fingers you, there is an extremely small chance it could cause pregnancy. Don't be dumb. If you do anything, use a condom. If he touches himself then wants to touch you, have him wash his hands.
For now, I would stick to making out. If you start out doing things like dry sex, he's going to want/expect more. Don't let him think you'll do anything. Have fun, but not too much fun. :)
