how do braces change your face shape? do they narrow your jaw?

Braces dont physically move your jaw, it just moves your teeth around.I mean you probably will look different with vs without braces but that's it

braces won't change your face shape as far as i know. i'm not really an expert, but i'm pretty sure they are there simply to straighten your teeth. i had them for about 2 years, and i still look the same haha. :)
