can i take breaks in between situps? im jus a begginer
like 20, then stop.
and then another 20.
?

i run and do situps i want a flat belly,
if i run often and do situps
ill get a flat tummy rite?

You sure will. The running is much more important though. Sit-ups(crunches are more productive)tend to build stomach muscle though not make your stomach flat. However muscle requires more energy so the more toned your muscles become the faster your metabolism will work. If you keep running and eating healthy you will get a flat tummy. If you keep running, eat healthy, and do crunches you will get a defined/developed flat tummy.
