this girl and i no she love me we dated 1 time and i broke up with her she wants to date again but she is sad that i hurt her last time i have told her that it will never happin again but...... that is what i get

Honestly? The best thing you can do is give her some time. When you hurt a girl, we don't forget it and it takes us a long time to get over it.
Another thing you can do is SHOW her that it will never happen again and that you DO care. Compliment her, go places with her, get her flowers, make her a mix cd, do something to show her you care.
