10th grade girl.
you know when a guy looks at you to i guess check you out? well guys do that like look at me and then i meet eye contact with them and they keep on looking. why dont they look away? and why would they make it so obvious.

they want to make it obvious that they're interested in you, so you make the first move (most likely) but no even hooking up wise maybe just talking
