Redecorating room

I am redecorating my room for my 16th but im unsure of what i want. I want my room to be everything about me. Pictures everywhere, posters everywhere, inspirational things on the wall, scrapbooks on display, things like that. My room is small but i could fit everything in. The walls are white, and im going to leave it like that. Does everyone have any other ideas that i could add in my room to make it unique and different? Thanks!

go to every single dollar store that is near you, and look through everything.
when im in the mood to redecorate i drive to every dollar store and find the most random stuff, just put things together, get picture frames, vases and fake flowers, candles, they have cute pictures to hang on the wall.
they have a bunch of stuff. also, try getting some canvases to paint on, and just go wild. make it abstract and all different colors. if you hang it on the wall it would look great against the white.
also, i went to pat catans or michaels or whatever craft store you have, and i bought cheap wood letters of my name and of things like dream hope live love, and bought some cheap paint and painted them. they ended up being amazing looking. everytime people come over, they go whered you buy those?!?! just dont tell them what you did, you wanna be unique ;)
its also fun to get those cork bulliten boards from places like office max, decorate the border of it, then ask friends to make you cute signs of your name or inside jokes, and then you hang them up on there and the hang the whole thing on your wall!
just think of fun things. you can also go to a book store and pick up a teen room decorating book, and just read it while you are there instead of buying it, then try to write some of them down and try something! you can never really mess up, and just have fun with it!

Oh man I'm sixteen and i ALWAYS love to do stuff to my room. I'm kind of an interior designer. Anyway, I just had this idea. Get a bunch of cardboard (from boxes, anything!) and write block (swirly, stylish whatever) letter of inspirational words (hope, dream, inspire, create, believe, love, etc.) and color them with permanent marker (bright colors to POP on your white wall) and hang/stick them on different parts of your walls. Then all those inspirational pictures/posters/pictures and things, CLASSIFY them! Like say you have a picture of a ballerina cause you like to dance, you can put that under a DANCE or DREAM. Put your stuff around the words so that it looks organized but totally about you!

Try some throw pillows, a lamp with a scarf of your favotire color over the lamp shade. Perhaps some candles for decoration. Some floor chairs for example, bean bag chairs or air up ones. Some random beads like the ones they sell to decorate the christmas tree, those ornaments could be used for so many things.
