when it comes to hickeys it depends on the guy, some guys like it others dont. i would just with kissing the guy and start the process of giving a hickey if he doesnt object continue, a guy will tell you straight up when he doesnt like something. once you do that to him he most likely will give you one back, or you could say it really turns me on when a guy kisses/sucks my neck.
for oral you could go down on someone in a variety of different places, for a girl and it being your first time i would say a bed is your best bet. now while you are receiving oral you can rub the guys back, stroke his arms. or even in some cases you can do a postion called 69 if you dont know what that is its when you lay on top or bottom of the other person and he gives you oral pleasure while you give him oral pleasure, or if you're more comfortable you both can lay on your sides heads at opposite ends which makes it look like a 69.
