i use this cream, i find it really good, i think it just depends on what your hair tolerates.

heads up tho: buy the round one instead of the squeeze bottle, it gives you much more, and it's about a dollar more. if you buy it at your local walmart(thats where i got mine) it's actually 5 bucks for the larger one.
