help me understand my ATT data usage
when i checked my ATT phone for its data usage, it said:
Data Remaining as Of : 12/01
TXT/IM Overage: 346
Pics/Videos Overage: 13
MEdia Net/Internet(MB) Overage: 0.6
CAN SOMEONE BREAK DOWN WHAT THIS MEANS?
ONLY ATT USERS PLEASE.
The only reason I'm asking is because I'm confused because it says 'overage', but I have unlimited texting..and when I check my bill balance, it is the same everytime : $149.55

Call customer service. Get to a real person [I've heard that using obscene language during the automated menus gets you to a real person faster, haha] and ask what's up. It's possible that your unlimited texting got cancelled or removed from your account by accident, and they should be able to clear up any issues.
Also, it's possible that your unlimited texting applies only to other Cingular and AT&T customers, and you sent 346 texts and 13 pix messages to someone with Verizon or Nextel or another service provider.
Internet overages, at least for my phone [Verizon] apply to airtime used to buy ringtones or games from a downloading service.
