i just got my env2 about 4 months ago and today i dropped it and now the whole inside screen doesn't work. the keypad lights up but the screen remains black and im going to go to verizon tomorrow. but before then i am about to have a full inbox. is there anyway i can delete text messages from the outside. thanks so muchh!

no you can't, but im pretty sure that when your inbox is full on an env2, it will automatically delete the earliest messages to make room for the new ones.... atleast i know thats what it does on the outbox... but if you want to try deleting all your messages then open your phone and press the menu button, then press the 2 key, then the big button on the upper right side of the keyboard, and then the 4 key... if that made any sense at all lol hope that helps ?
