Okay, for a dell user you can have multiple user accounts and i want one. But it changed so i can't hit switch user and i can only log off. But, when i log off it deletes everything i have up, how do i fix this so it goes back to normal?

go to control panel and click user accounts and click change the way users log on and off and check fast user switching and save it and that should work
