Hair straightening perm

Question Posted Tuesday November 25 2008, 5:12 am

I want to straight perm my hair, but the thing is I wear headgear and every morning my hair is a mess. Since after straight perm I have to stop washing my hair and stuff, I'm wondering when I can start wearing my headgear again?

i got my hair straightened perm and i couldnt wash my hair for about 3 days so its not that long and i actually dont think you can wear headgear because any wrinkles or bumps it causes will be perm and it will stay like that unless you straighten it out but there really isnt a point of getting it straightened perm you should probably ask the person you get it done from but when i got it done i wasnt allowed wearing hats or even putting in behind my ears it had to be left out and straight even when i was sleeping i had to have my head in my people so my hair would be okay so its gonna be tough but its so worth it cause your hair will look amazing.
