Should I wait or move on?

I'm 14 and a girl,
I really like this guy and I know he likes me to I get butterflies whenever I'm around him and he makes me happy we are friends and talk about everything.
But when I first told him I liked him it was through a anonomos "truth box" thing on myspace.
I said "I really like you and would have dated you it sucks your dating cc I'm pretty sure you like me too or so I had heard." and he later msged me and asked if I wrote it I said yes why did you come to me first he said because I told people I like you.
Later like a few days he broke up with cc.
And all the sudden is dating a new girl.
we text 24/7 and talk to eachother like we're dating.
He likes me I like him.
What I need to know is should I wait and see if he brakes up w/ the new girl or move on??

1. If he wants to be with you, he will because he knows you like him but yet he goes and gets another gf or dates?...
2. I wouldn't text him 24/7 or not talk to him as much, because it's like he is getting everything he wants (like talk to you all day) without having to work for it..to get you to be his gf...
So if you continue talking to him like you 2 are dating then he will never ask you out...
3. I would move on if i was you because even if you two ever go out, he will probably talk to another girl(text) while he is with you, just the same way he is doing to this other girl he is dating...

you need to move on because if he does come back to it wont be the same trust me ive been through this the sooner you move on the better it saves a lot of heart break and pain i would just forget him and try getting into a new relationship with a guy who is twice as good as him because im sure you will find someone who is great for you and make you more happy then he ever could.
