i was on this one girls facebook and she photoshopped her eyes a different color....does anyone know how to to this? i have photo filtre..if anyone else has it and knows how to do it..i really wanna do it , thanks!

I don't think it's possible on Photo filter. It's something pretty much only Photoshop users can do.
