iTunes

Question Posted Friday November 7 2008, 8:58 pm

i always used to have iTunes on my laptop but over the summer something happened to my laptop and it got messed up but everything was fine after that.

however, my iTunes remained really messed up. i went to update it a couple months ago and it said (and it still says):

The older version of Apple Software cannot be removed. Contact your technical support group.

and i can't uninstall it from add / remove programs cause it doesn't work! it says to find the folder containing "itunes.msi" and i DO and it says it's not valid.

how do i delete iTunes from my laptop so i can reinstall it?

You could always contact your technical support group like suggested, OR you can reboot your whole software on your computer/laptop to the manufactured settings and reinstall everything.
