Well, I was wondering I've been feeling really depressed lately. I usually get really upset over little things like homework sometimes and I feel the need that hey if I died then I wouldn't have to turn this in tomorrow. Idk. When I'm around my friends and family I'm not. But when I'm alone and think about it I feel really alone and think about commiting sucide. I have a lot of friends and they're great, no one knows that I'm depressed. But what are the signs of depression? How do those depression pills help? How do you become undepresed?

I'm still in college and would be so anal and get upset if I didn't do well or have something perfect. I felt the same way you did about being alone. When its quiet you think about is this how my life is always going to be. You convince yourself that you won't find the right person to marry and whats the point of moving on in life. You just have to realize you have a lot to live for. It would kill your parents, family, and friends if you committed suicide.
You have a lot to live for and a lot to give. I started volunteering with Big Brother Big Sister and that made me realize how much I want to give. ella15 answered Wednesday November 5 2008, 7:37 pm: depression can happen to anyone in fact it happens more to females .everybody experiences depression at least one stage in there lifes.you just described depression it can get pretty serious, so i would tell a family member or a friend that im close too just talking to people about your problem can make you feel alot better or i would ask my mom if i could see a professional that deals depression .if all fails the problem is left in your hands i would advice you to do the same thing i did take a pen and paper write all the good things about you read your list out loud whenever your feeling bad or just compliment yourself in the mirror.remember there will always be school but, there will only be one you one life so dont get stressed out over homework always do the best you can ..best of luck [ ella15's advice column | Ask ella15 A Question ]
