Tmobile Shadow stopped vibrating

Recently my t-mobile shadow stopped vibrating when i get text. also it has stopped ringing when i get text when it's on its normal profile. if anyone knows how to fix this please let me know. Thanks!

I would just keep playing around with it, but if you still can't figure it out just stop by a tmobile store theyll be able to fix it
