going to be minnie mouse for halloween
does anyone know where to ..
1.) buy the minnie mouse ears?
2.) buy the red polka skirt?
also,
3.) what kind of shoes should i wear?
4.) what should i do with my hair(medium length,black,straight,sidebangs)?
PS. i dont want to put it up.
and since it's going to be cold this halloween,i what outer jacket should i wear? probably a plain grey hoodie right?

I am not sure where you live, but here there are always a ton of seasonal stores that pop up and carry costumes like that. You might check around and see. if not, then try a vintage place for the skirt. the shoes, go with black flats, i would keep the hair straight, as for the ears, I am not really sure.
If you can't find a specialty store, then try a regular costume shop. They actually might carry all of the elements you need. Also, the ears might be found at like walmart or something..
