taking birth control before period
I just got prescribed Yaz birth control. I need it for preventing pregnancy and to regulate my periods. My periods have been very irregular and I am extremely cautious when having sex. I took a test today and I am not pregnant. I just want to know what will happen if I start taking the pills before my period. The doctor told me she recommends me to start the Sunday after starting my period. Since I do not know when that will be, can I just start the pill anyway?
NOTE: I will still be using condoms to protect myself.

I DON'T KNOW if you should start to take the pills. since they are irregular its kinda hard to tell. but the doctor said to take them after your period so i would wait. but if you are really wanting ot take them now, they just call your doctor up and ask them i am sure they will be willing to help you! Good luck and i hope it all works out!
