best friend who turned into boyfriend
its a very long story but basically over the years me and my best friend have always wanted to be with each other. things got in the way. he was in a relationship for a while but now that recently ended. we're taking it slow for now but we both know that eventually within the next few months we're going to be dating. we talk on the phone multiple times a day and we love each other without a doubt and we're not afraid to say it. so i have two questions:
1)because we've been best friends for a while and do love each other how do you know when its crossed the point of loving to being in love with each other?
2)im a virgin, hes not but that doesnt really concern me. we're very open about sex and i would trust him with my life so after how many months of dating would it be acceptable to have sex. i know its up to me and whatever im comfortable with but i dont want to do it too soon. and i have to stress this point that we aren't just best friends who are sexually attracted to each other. we want to be in a relationship.

well it's crossed a point that you love eachother and you now might show it and you know you like him and he likes you so i would say that you should wait for at least 5-6 months and when you think your ready then because it's important for you to feel comfortable with you and him being together
