Renewing a permit in PA
Ok so heres the deal. Im a giant loser and procrastinator and have already renewed my permit twice. well its that time again, and i was told that you have to take the test again you cant just renew it, if its your 3rd time. is this true? also, do you have to have a permit to take the test for your license? Thanks :)

No, you can renew your learner's permit as many times as you want. You need your permit to take the driving test.
