where would you buy a tutu?
not the long droopy ones.
but the ones that stick out, like straight out.
i need it before this weekend, the 24th.
so no off line places.

Your best bet would be to call your local dance schools and ask them where you can buy one locally, due to your hurry for a tutu.
Any seamstress could easily make you what you want in a tutu, if she had the tutu fabric you wanted on hand.
Any local school that teaches ballet would be a good start.
