when giving someone a hickey, do you actually bite their neck with your teeth? WHAT DO YOU DO!

You just suck on their neck, and yeah you can bite it but not very hard just like a nibble. A hickey is broken blood vessels so when you suck on somebodys neck it becomes a hickey.
