christmas car accessories;

Okay, so my boyfriend is obsessed with his car. He is constantly buying stuff for it. but anyway christmas, our anniversary, and his birthday are all around the same time. I want to get him three different things for his car. He has a '91 red hatchback civic. He wants neons, a police radar, and something. Where should I buy the neons, but waht other things. My dudget is $300 for it all.

I dont know much about this type of stuff but maybe try Wal Mart or Best Buy Something like that
