Talking infront of the class

Everytime i have to present a project, im always like oh no my face is going to get red! When i stand infront of my classmates im ok, but then when i start reading something or explaining something, i start to get all hot and feel my face burn. And its really annoying. Im not embarrassed at all! I dont get why this happens. i would really like it to stop. any help? thanx

hey this happens to me to just dont look directly at the audience stare at a wall behind them or something. thats my trick but i tend to look at them still and then my face goes red but try it i kinda works for me.

that's funny because I used to do the same thing, my face would get soooo red. First of all,if you have fair complexion youre going to get a little red. Actually, most people do but if you have a darker skin tone you dont see it as well. But I used to do the same exact thing, until I went to a new school and at this new school like my WHOLE class was my friend, and when I would get done speaking they would all laugh out loud and say "you were SOO red!" So finally, I just laughed with them, and said "yeah i always do" and when I finally accepted the fact that I was going to blush and didn't get self conscious of it, it finally stopped. I think maybe the reason you blush is because you know you are blushing, if that makes sense.
