hey this happens to me to just dont look directly at the audience stare at a wall behind them or something. thats my trick but i tend to look at them still and then my face goes red but try it i kinda works for me. ]
that's funny because I used to do the same thing, my face would get soooo red. First of all,if you have fair complexion youre going to get a little red. Actually, most people do but if you have a darker skin tone you dont see it as well. But I used to do the same exact thing, until I went to a new school and at this new school like my WHOLE class was my friend, and when I would get done speaking they would all laugh out loud and say "you were SOO red!" So finally, I just laughed with them, and said "yeah i always do" and when I finally accepted the fact that I was going to blush and didn't get self conscious of it, it finally stopped. I think maybe the reason you blush is because you know you are blushing, if that makes sense.
Anyways, hope I helped!!! ]
